Pricing & What’s Included

We make finding the perfect Professional Nanny personal, seamless, and stress-free. 

Service Fee: $300 (Non-refundable)

Caregiver Pay:

Professional Nannies are typically $25-$35 plus/hour + employer portion of payroll taxes (depending on hours, location, duties, and job requirements). Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days are also standard, as well as mileage reimbursement (for on-the-job transportation).

Placement Fee: 15% of project nanny yearly pay
(assuming $50 weeks worked)

Example: Nanny fee: $30/hour x 30 hours x 50 weeks x 0.15 = $6750 Placement Fee

Example: Nanny fee: $27/hour x 15 hours x 50 weeks x 0.15 = $3037 Placement Fee

1-Year Replacement policy

We offer a one year replacement. Following the free replacement period, there is a declining scale for discounts on future replacements.
